Ristorante Del Cambio, chef Matteo Baronetto

In 2023 and for the following two years, Archivio Tipografico produced the seasonal menus for Ristorante Del Cambio, designed in collaboration with Roberto Necco (Elyron). This series of menus is entirely hand-composed with movable lead or wood type, printed on pure cotton paper, and features blind embossing reproducing the hatching egg, a symbolic element of Matteo Baronetto.
