Ristorante Carignano, Chef Davide Scabin

Since 2022, Archivio Tipografico has been responsible for producing the menus for Chef Scabin at Ristorante Carignano, under the artistic direction of BRH+. The menus are designed to incorporate visual elements and conventions from the world of art printing, shaping the experience of a dinner meticulously crafted by a Michelin-starred chef. The menu sheets are hand-composed with lead and wood type, printed on pure cotton paper, and numbered by hand.
