Pensieri e Vapori, Matteo Baronetto (Ed. Archivio Tipografico)

Pensieri e Vapori collects the thoughts and recipes of Matteo Baronetto, chef at the Del Cambio restaurant in Turin, for which Archivio Tipografico managed the printing of seasonal menus.

The booklet alternates reflections on cooking and professional life with three concise and surprising recipes.

The printing was executed using hand-set movable type in lead and wood, combined with vintage decorative elements. The project employs varied paper types: food-safe coated paper, cellulose film, transparent sheets, parchment, and antique archive paper.
