Archivio Tipografico printed the entire text and typographical elements, including the title page, chapter headings, and colophon. Printed entirely on a Heidelberg OHZ cylinder plate with photopolymer plates.
Collector’s edition (n. 201–1.968), each copy is numbered and signed by Tom Wolfe.
